As the UK's ONLY Long Stay single trip travel insurance specialists, we currently offer THREE individual packages for your safety, which have simplified the required protection for safe overseas travel. Our schemes are available and applicable to ALL UK RESIDENTS and governed by English law. These products can simply be categorised as COMPREHENSIVE, more BASIC and STUDY ABROAD and provide cover for the whole sprectrum of long stay travellers. This would include Student and Gap Year travel, Working Abroad, Study Abroad, budget travel with the insurance being very relevant to the backpacker and independent travellers who are travelling light.

• ORBIT EXCEL
  Our COMPREHENSIVE long stay travel insurance scheme INCLUDES cover for an extensive range of outdoor HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES, which are only available to travellers up to a maximum age of 35 years. THREE areas of cover, 1 to 12 Months inclusive RENEWABLE, providing HIGHER LEVELS of ESSENTIAL cover up to a maximum age of 55 years. Most useful as a backpacker insurance where cover for participation in these Hazardous pursuits may be a requirement or a useful extra.
  
  
• ORBIT BASIC
  Our BASIC scheme provides LOWER LEVELS of ESSENTIAL cover in THREE areas, 1 to 12 Months inclusive RENEWABLE, up to a maximum age of 45 years. Great value backpacker travel insurance or student travel, without the Hazardous pursuits, but at a REDUCED PREMIUM. This is our CHEAP travel insurance by comparison and tremendous value for money.
  
  
• STUDY ABROAD
  Cover is the same as ORBIT EXCEL with the additional cover for loss of COURSE FES , but no Hazardous Activities cover. For student travel on authorised STUDY ABROAD or WORK EXPERIENCE placements. DISCOUNTED premiums ensure the most cost-effective, comprehensive long term travel insurance. THREE Areas, from 1 to 12 Months inclusive RENEWABLE, up to a maximum age of 24 years. Confirmation of official study or work experience abroad is required by Underwriters.
  Students can be studying at EITHER a UK or OVERSEAS University/College of Further Education for up to 5 years. Cover can be ONGOING and RENEWED on a yearly basis.
